Hospital Manager
Sheryl Misuraca
If your pet has walked in our door, chances are, he or she has been greeted by Sheryl's warm and friendly smile! Sheryl started as receptionist in 1987 and recently was presented with a new challenge by Dr. Drysdale when asked to assume the role as hospital manager. Although her primary focus is the management and daily runnings of the clinic you can still find her visiting with our clients! When Sheryl has finished her busy work day she heads home to her husband, 3 children and their crazy little Shih Tzu , "Tino"!
Receptionist
Sarah Oosting-Hall
Sarah has made a life time commitment to the Belleway Veterinary Hospital. Her love of animals attracted her to the profession. In 1994 she started working as a co-op student and continued on as part time staff throughout high school for 5 years. She left to continue her education in Business Administration. We were lucky enough to have Sarah return to the Belleway where she is now our full time receptionist. She is one of the first smiling faces you see when you enter the clinic. She is the gateway to what ever you need or whom ever you want to see. When not hard at work Sarah and her husband spend time with their two energetic boxers Carter & Sophie and also enjoy trail riding with their horses Zeke & Dakota!
Receptionist
Maria Koomans
Maria has been with us since 2003 and has worked in the veterinary profession since 1973 – now that is dedication! Although her role of receptionist keeps Maria mainly at the front desk she is always willing to lend a helping hand where ever it is needed.
Her compassion for pets continues at home tending to her 5 cats, 2 dogs, 1 horse and donkey! When she has a spare moment Maria enjoys gardening and cooking and we enjoy all her delicious treats she often shares with us!
Receptionist
Carrie Boutilier
Carrie has been a part of our team since 2008! Her love of animals started very early growing up on a local dairy farm. Carrie and her husband have two sons and share their home with “Jersey” a boxer and their feline friend “Choo”. Carrie loves the interaction she has with our clients and their pets. She takes the time to genuinely get to know you and your furry companions and with her warm smile is ready to jump up anytime to help!
Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist
Kayla Adams
Starting as a co-op student in 2007 Kayla officially joined our team that December. Her “jack of all trades” role includes both Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist. Kayla may be at the front desk greeting patients or behind the scenes helping with procedures and treatments. She loves all the aspects of her job from assisting with surgeries to developing relationships with clients and their fur babies! Her four dogs keep her busy at home and you may see two of her Chihuahua children, “Tequila” & “Chiquita” helping out at the clinic! Kayla loves hearing the funny stories people have to share about their pets and usually has a few of her own!
